The Building Team

  

The building team is led by Brandy Stortz who together with husband Ron started in homebuilding to provide families an affordable option to achieving their dream home.  Having four children of their own, they value family time and enjoy traveling, camping and are actively involved in the community coaching youth sports.  Brandy has assembled an experienced team of subcontractors and suppliers whose workmanship and quality materials produce lasting value in your new home. 

The Building Process

   

The building process is made easy with plan modifications and personal selections completed prior to start of construction so no pressure of deadlines and decision-making during the construction process. The construction timeframe is six months from your contract date with a firm closing date provided within 60 days of completion. We understand the inconvenience of construction delays in planning your move, so every effort is made to build your new home in a timely manner.
